Working on a crocheted basket made from recycled sari silk “yarn” and using my favorite @lykkemakehappy wooden crochet hooks! I am loving it! This might be my new favorite go-to project. Silk is so strong and beautifully unique.

The chaos and excitement when we come home with a natural fiber clothing haul…. The kids insist on dumping everything out and holding up each piece. We discuss whether it will be resold as is or if it will be upcycled/embellished.
